2. Important – Reseller Disclosure

All payments, subscriptions, invoicing, VAT collection and refunds are exclusively processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) acting as our Merchant of Record / Reseller.

By purchasing any plan, you enter into a contract with Paddle, not directly with us.

3. Services

Promarket provides cloud-based software-as-a-service tools (market analysis, productivity, automation, etc.). Access is granted via subscription (monthly or annual) with auto-renewal.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By using Promarket you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

- Prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT (VAT added automatically by Paddle based on your location).

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24h before renewal.

- Cancellation is immediate via your Paddle customer portal.

- No refunds for partial months except where required by law (14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Promarket platform, source code, design and documentation belong exclusively to Aymeric CHANTREL (Promarket). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your active subscription.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Promarket for any illegal purpose or in violation of Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy (incorporated by reference).

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy below and GDPR requirements. Paddle acts as joint controller for billing data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promarket’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. EU consumers retain mandatory protections under their country of residence.
